These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [agoya.com.sg] and the purchase of any wellness products through our platform.

By using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Product Information

AGOYA offers wellness goods for general well-being and lifestyle use. Our products:

— Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

— Are regulated as Health Supplements under the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) of Singapore.

— Comply with local packaging, labeling, and distribution regulations.

Always consult your doctor before starting new supplements, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have medical conditions.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after full payment.

Prices are in SGD and inclusive of GST (until stated otherwise).

We accept major credit/debit cards and PayNow.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available across Singapore.

Free delivery on orders above SGD $270

Standard delivery - 5 SGD within 1-3 days

Self-pickup - Free (please contact us to arrange pickup)

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to third-party logistics or public holidays. If anything feels off, just drop us a message at hello@agoya.com.sg — we’ve got your back.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to the nature of supplements. We only offer refunds or replacements if:

— You received the wrong item, or

— The item was damaged in transit.

Claims must be submitted via email within 3 days of delivery, with supporting photos and proof of purchase.

Product Use & Responsibility

Products are intended for adults unless otherwise stated.AGOYA is not liable for side effects, misuse, or reactions due to combining supplements with medication or other substances.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including logos, product descriptions, and media (except photos of products) — is owned by AGOYA PTE. LTD.Use of this material without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal data for order processing, delivery, and marketing (only with your consent).AGOYA complies with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore.

Limitation of Liability

AGOYA is not responsible for:

— Indirect or incidental damages,

— Delays caused by third-party services, or

— Claims outside the scope of product value.

Our maximum liability is the total purchase amount.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the Republic of Singapore.Disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
