Yoga Terms & Conditions

Applicable to all yoga services offered by AGOYA in Singapore

By booking, purchasing, or attending a session with AGOYA, you (the “Student”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and AGOYA Wellness Pte. Ltd., a registered business in Singapore.

Booking & Payment
— All sessions must be confirmed by full payment.
— Payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice to secure your spot.
— Sessions are non-transferable and non-shareable unless explicitly agreed in writing
Session Format & Inclusions
— Each class runs for 60 minutes.
— Classes are conducted either one-on-one or in a small group setting.
— The location of the session is arranged by mutual agreement between AGOYA and the student.
— AGOYA provides yoga mats, blocks, water, and optional essential oils.
— Essential oils are self-applied by the student; AGOYA recommends using no more than one drop applied to the wrist or palm only.
Validity
— All single sessions and packages are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.
— Expired packages will not be extended unless a formal medical certificate is presented or under exceptional circumstances (subject to AGOYA’s discretion).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
— To reschedule, students must notify AGOYA at least 24 hours in advance.
— Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class are non-refundable and non-reschedulable, as your slot is reserved exclusively for you.
— AGOYA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to instructor unavailability, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative date will be arranged at no additional cost.
Health & Safety
— By attending a class, students confirm that they are physically and medically fit for yoga and wellness practices.
— Students must inform AGOYA prior to class if they are experiencing:
– Cold, flu, or other symptoms of illness
– Any injury, recent surgery, chronic condition, or pregnancy
– Muscle tension, discomfort, or mobility limitations
— This enables AGOYA to tailor the practice safely and effectively.
— AGOYA is not liable for injuries sustained during classes if relevant health information was not disclosed prior to the session.
Liability Waiver
While every effort is made to ensure a safe and mindful environment, students participate at their own risk. AGOYA, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damages resulting from participation in our sessions or the use of our facilities or recommendations.
Personal Data & Confidentiality
All personal information collected is handled in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore. Student information will not be shared with third parties without consent. By participating, students agree to receive service-related updates and class information via email or WhatsApp.
Photography & Media
With prior consent, AGOYA may take photographs or short videos during classes for promotional purposes. Students may opt out of being featured in any media content at any time by informing AGOYA in writing.
Changes to Terms​
We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website.Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
By confirming a booking and submitting payment, the student agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
